2025-2026 Staples Wreckers Varsity Girls Basketball
Sta[;es picked up 2 more wins this week, defeating Torrington and Warde by 30 points each, after their first loss of the season last week vs State #4 Greenwich.
Previously, Staples kept it rolling with a 67-32 win over Darien on Tuesday, this after they knocked off state #7 ranked, and previously undefeated Stamford, 58-39 to improve to 8-0 on the season in front of a packed home gym last Friday. With the win, Staples moved into the #6 position in the state Top 10 Poll Monday!
On MLK Day, Staples Girls Basketball hosted a clinic to Westport youth players. We had over 100 campers, players and coaches at the clinic. Go WRECKERS!!!
